EMBER RUN - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Copyright (c) 2026 Motaware LLC. All rights reserved.

Ember Run (the "Game") is a free sample game made with MotaEngine and
published by Motaware LLC ("Motaware"). By installing or playing the Game you
agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or play it.

1. License. Motaware grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to install and play the Game on your own devices.

2. Sharing. You may give copies of the complete, unmodified download (the
installer or the zip) to others, free of charge. You may not sell the
Game, charge for it, or bundle it with a paid product or service.

3. Restrictions. Except where the law expressly allows it, you may not
modify, repackage, decompile or reverse engineer the Game, extract its
content, or remove or change any copyright, license or attribution
notice. The Game's source project is available separately to MotaEngine
   licensees under the MotaEngine License.

4. Third-party software. The Game includes open-source components, each
under its own license; see THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. Those licenses govern
their components, and nothing here limits your rights under them. The
MotaEngine License (MOTAENGINE_LICENSE.md) is included as its terms
   require.

5. Your data. The Game does not send any information over the network. It
stores your settings, progress, logs and diagnostic files on your device,
in %LOCALAPPDATA%\EmberRun. Uninstalling the Game leaves that folder in
place; delete it to remove them.

6. No warranty. The Game is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind,
express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for
   a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
Motaware is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or
goodwill, arising from the Game or your use of it. Motaware's total
liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed US$10.

8. Termination. This license ends automatically if you break these terms.
You must then stop using the Game and delete your copies.

9. General. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of
California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
